There are three things that you should consider when purchasing your equipment:

Space

Before purchasing an oven, check your space first. Is the dimension suitable for your kitchen? Will it give you ample room to move around? Pizza ovens are usually more significant in size in comparison to regular ones.

Speed and Temperature

There are five types that you can choose from:

  • Pizza Deck: is known for its hot stone decks. This feature allows the dough to cook well without messing up the toppings. In addition, its radiant heat warms the pie without burning the crusts and cheese.
  • Convection: is known to circulate hot air to make sure that all sides of the dough are nice and done all at once. The heat of a convection pizza oven usually makes cheese brown.
  • Countertop: is usually portable and uses electricity. Compared to other commercial ovens, the only disadvantage is that the number of pizzas you can cook all at once may be limited. However, this is a choice if you need to make and sell pizza anywhere.
